Refund Policy
How refunds, trials, and cancellations work for PostWing subscriptions.

1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains when you may be eligible for a refund on a PostWing paid subscription. It applies to purchases made through postwing.io. By subscribing, you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Use.
2. 7-day refund window
If you are not satisfied with your paid plan, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the date your paid subscription started. This applies to your first charge after a free trial ends, or to your first paid charge if you were billed immediately at signup.
Refund requests received after the 7-day window are generally not eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable law.
3. Free trial
PostWing plans may include a 7-day free trial. During the trial, you will not be charged if you cancel before the trial period ends.
If you cancel during the trial, access to paid features may continue until the trial expires, depending on how your subscription was set up at checkout. You will not be charged for a new billing period after a successful cancellation.
4. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email mejed@templyo.io from the email address associated with your PostWing account. Please include:
- The email address on your account.
- The plan you purchased.
- The approximate date you were charged.
- A brief reason for your request (optional, but helpful).
We will review eligible requests and respond as soon as reasonably possible, typically within a few business days.
5. Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Once a refund is issued for a billing period, access to paid features for that period may be revoked.
6. Cancellations
Canceling your subscription is not the same as requesting a refund. You can cancel anytime from the billing page in your dashboard to stop future renewals.
If you cancel after being charged for a billing period, you will generally retain access through the end of that period, but you will not receive a prorated refund unless this policy or applicable law requires one.
7. Non-refundable situations
Refunds are generally not provided for:
- Requests made more than 7 days after the relevant charge.
- Partial use of a billing period after the refund window has passed.
- Account termination due to a violation of our Terms of Use.
- Issues caused by third-party platforms, including failed posts or account restrictions imposed by a social network.
